the reason why this is called 3posts in 1 is cos ill be making 3 posts in 1 hahahahahaha :)
sooo 1stly i told you last week that im not drinking anymore on a rergular basis but more on a special occasion basis..sooo anyways i feeling alot more healthy after not touching alcohol or any fizzy drinks and the odd bit of core training here and there...but as soon as my ankle is 100% i will be training extremly hard for the start of wp trials and the 1st stop on the saba tour,the cape classic

2nd of all :jared houston will be leaving in a couple of days to go to hawaii to enter the pipeline pro where he finished 3rd last year and evrything came togethere for him.
he finished 10th on the world tour for 2010 and also won the rookie of the year since it was his 1st year on the world tour ..lakka

, a good friend caleb tennant has ben away for 3weeks now in the states.and has came 5th in his 1st race,he had abad start and reckons he can make podium if he has a goood 1..
caleb went to the states to get further in motorcross.he is 16 years old and has won 4x sa championchips and a bunch of other races to,now his racing in the states and doing well..he is staying at the millsaps training facility in georgia with the likes of joey vatgy,nico leocata,sean lipanovich,nick myers and steven clarke just to name a few..well done to caleb and best of luck..all the pictures bellow are of caleb
